About the Programme

Our apprenticeship programme runs for a full three years, from 2025 through 2028, and is designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on training in real workplace settings. We offer placements across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and North West provinces—regions known for their strong industrial presence and job opportunities in technical trades.

As a registered apprentice with ORE Engineering Services, you will not just gain skills—you will build a career.

Available Trades – Choose Your Path

That’s why we offer training in four high-demand engineering trades, each with limited slots to ensure focused mentorship and support:

  • Welding (20 slots)
    Learn the craft of joining metal with precision, a skill that’s essential in industries from construction to manufacturing.
  • Fitting & Turning (15 slots)
    Get trained in operating precision machines to craft metal components that are critical in everything from automotive to industrial machinery.
  • Electrical (30 slots)
  • Mechanical (25 slots)

To qualify, you must:

  • Have an N2 certificate, NCV Level 4, or a Technical Matric
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be physically fit and ready to work in hands-on environments
  • Be passionate about technical trades and eager to pursue a structured development path
